The Lester Portal provides our customers the ability to view your account, receive invoices, orders, proof of delivery, statements, view invoices, account status.
At the moment, we do not offer the ability to pay your account online with Lester Portal.
After you are logged into Lester Portal, select “Settings” in the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter the old password in the first field, and the new password in the subsequent fields. Click “Change Password” to save.
Lester Portal pulls job information based on the master code for your company. If you have two companies and two master codes, you will need two logins for Lester Portal.
Select “Invoices” from the right of the screen. You can choose to sort the list by job reference by selecting it in the drop down to the left of the screen. You may click on any of the bold invoice numbers to display invoice details at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can also click “Show Invoice” or “Sales Order Document” to display either document in a separate window. To view the Proof of Delivery for this invoice, click “Show Order Image”.
If you are having difficulty logging in or viewing information in Lester Portal, you may email our site administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org Please provide us a brief description of the issue in your email. Include your Master Code and a phone number or email address where you can be reached and someone from our team will contact you shortly.
For the total amount you owe, please view the Account activity section of the Account Information page. To view job balances, click the “Job Balances” on the Account Information page.
Please contact our Accounts Receivable department to sign-up for e-mailed statements and invoices.
Choose “Statements” from the left hand side of the screen. This will list all statements, starting with the most recent. To view a statement, click the bold number under the Statement Number column. Then, click “Get Statement at the bottom of the screen.
A new window will open with a copy of your statement.
Just go to any of our company’s website (listed below) and click on the “Lester Portal” link on the header bar.
Under “Sign In”, you will see Request Access.
Click “Request Access” then fill out the form. Make sure the field “Account Number or Customer Code:” contains the master code for your account. Once filled out, click Request Access and our administrator will review and approve your request.
After your request has been approved, you will receive an email with your password and login instructions.
